We see the churches mentioned again, but in past tense. In verse 14 following we read:
AND THE SPIRIT AND [THE BRIDE] SAY, COME. And  let him that heareth say come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely

The saints you are speaking of are these during tribulation who are martyrs for their salvation.

These saints DIE.
Just like those earlier in Rev 6:11 . Our Lord began breaking the seals in  chapter 6, and [also these in white robes of Rev 7:9,13.
The Elders are asking concerning them. In 14 we read that these are those who [came] out of [great tribulation.]
Great tribulation begins [after] the first 42 months or first 3 1/2 yrs of tribulation is OVER. MID tribulation begins Great Tribulation. A time that has never been before nor ever shall be again.

The Church is Translated on or Before Revelation 4:1
I think you must know that God knows who the church is and God knows who the saints are.
Chapter 4 and 5 are worship seens around the throne of God.
THEN The Lamb steps forward and [starts] judgment.
His Bride/church is hidden.
