"Gerlinda Te'man ?"

                                          The Case of Te'man
                                           Habakkuk 3:3 KJV

http:///www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2013/gerlinda78.htm

Let us begin our case with the first mention of Te'man in the Bible, Genesis 36:11 KJV
And the sons of Eliphaz were Te'man, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz. The 36th chapter of Genesis gives us the generations of Esau, who is Edom. In verse 15) we read; These were dukes of the sons of Esau: the sons of El'-I-phaz the first born son of Esau; duke Te'man, duke Omar, duke Ze'pho, duke Ke'naz, 16) Duke Ko'rah, duke Ga'tam, and duke Am'-a-lek: these are dukes that came of El'-I-phaz in the land of E'-dom; these were the sons of A'dah. In verse 2 of this 16th chapter we read that A'dah was the Canaanite whom Esau took for his [first] wife. They are mentioned again in 1 Chronicles 1:36 and 53.
The prophet Jeremiah 49:7 and 20 writes concerning Edom, thus saith the Lord of hosts; Is wisdom no more in Te'man ? Therefore thus saith the Lord God; I will [also] stretch out mine hand upon Edom, and will cut off man and beast from it; and I will make it desolate(from Te'man;) and they of Dedan shall fall by the [sword.]
Amos 1:12 brings us to remembrance of the Lords' Wrath upon Edom/ Esau, beginning in verse 11: Thus saith the Lord; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four, I will [not] turn away the punishment thereof; [because] he did pursue his brother( Jacob/Israel) with the sword, and did cast off [all] pity, and his anger did tear [perpetually,] and he kept his wrath [for ever:] 12) But I will send a fire upon Te'man, which shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.
Obadiah 1:8,9
follows this with these words; Shall I not [ IN THAT DAY,] saith the Lord, even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of mount Esau ? And thy mighty men, O Te'man, shall be dismayed, to [the end] that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off [by slaughter.] 10) For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.
11) [In the day] that thou stoodest on the other side, [in the day] that [the strangers] carried away captive his( Jacob/Israel) forces, and [foreigners entered into his gates,] and cast lots [upon Jerusalem,] even thou wast [as] one of them. ( ref Psalms 83:5-8) Thou shouldest [not] have entered into the gate of my people in [the day] of their calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction in [the day] of their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in [the day[ of their calamity; 14) Neither shouldest thou have [stood in the crossway,] to cut them off those of his that [did escape:]
neither shouldest thou have [delivered up those of his that did remain] in [the day] of distress.
15) For [the day] of the Lord is near upon [all the heathen:] [as] the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be [as] though they had not been.
Which brings us back to the prophet Habakkuk where he said; GOD CAME FROM TE'MAN, AND ( THE HOLY ONE ( Jesus Christ) from mount Pa'ran. Selah. means: stop, ponder, consider, understand, and reflect upon this statement.
We continue with verse 3
His (Christ)glory covered the heavens, and the [earth was full of his praise]
We understand and know from scripture that Jesus will return at the end in power and great glory. Therefore we can place this verse in Habakkuk 3:3  in the latter days, yet to be fulfilled as judgment upon Esau, Jacob's brother for the reasons listed above in Obadiah.
Let us read this passage in Matthew24:30 And [then] shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and [then] shall all the tribes of [the earth] mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and [great glory.] ref Dan7:13,14) Zech 12:12. Prior to that we read in 29 of Matthew 24; Immediately [after] the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars (angels) shall fall from heaven, and the powers( principalities) of the heavens shall be shaken: And [then] shall appear the Son of man in heaven: ( ref Dan 7:11, Joel 2:10, 31; 3:15)
Te'man is where God and the Holy One will come from after bringing judgment upon the [seed] of Esau, that he will no longer exist.

Other references concerning Te"man and God's judgment upon it.
Jeremiah 49:7
Jeremiah 49:20
Ezekiel 25:13
Amos 1:12
Obadiah 1:9
Habakkuk 3:3

When you read the above case, do you not see that the individual who stands in the [crossway] is Esau's seed, ( antichrist ?)
This is mid tribulation when they [flee] and [he] delivered up those that remained.

It is to my best searching, that Te'man is located south of Israel, and on the coast of the Red Sea, in Saudi Arabia. Pa'ran is South of Israel in the plain over against the Red Sea Deuteronomy 1:1 KJV
Deuteronomy 33:2 KJV
This verse is most definitely end times [latter] days !
And he said, the Lord came from Sinai, and rose up [from Seir] unto them; he shined forth from mount Paran, [and he came with ten thousands of his saints: from his right hand and went a fiery law for them.]
1 Samuel 25:1
And Samuel died; and all the Israelites were gathered together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house [at Ramah.] And David arose, and went [down to the wilderness of Paran.]

There is a city today south of Israel in Saudi Arabia by the name of Medina which could be Median of 1 Kings 11:18.
South of Midina near the coast of the Red Sea is none other than " Mecca".
Something to think about ?
Blessings to you
