"hurt not the oil and the wine"

I have most often heard or read that the following:

Revelation 6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

is referring to the drugs & alcohol industry, or even also about petroleum industry.

I was wondering, though, if there is any possibility that this is referring back to:

Luke 10:33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,

34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

So that during the tribulation, there will be good Samaritans, who will take care of the children of Israel, or even Gentiles, that will be persecuted for Jesus’ sake ?

This then would indicate to me, that although there will be severe famine, the LORD will still provide means, whereby good Samaritans can minister in the tribulation.

In the parable, the good Samaritan ministered to the man’s wounds with oil and wine.

This could happen in the tribulation on an individual basis, like in Luke 10, or on a national basis, like in Matthew 25.

Will there be good Samaritans in the tribulation? I think so.

I also think that the LORD will provide means for them to minister.

That would be similar to Elijah, where he was fed by ravens and then by a widow, during a similar length of time, like the great tribulation.

Does this sound possible, or should I only stick to what I had been told?

                          Thank you,
