"The Tribulation and the Psalms"

I’m sure most here have read J.R Church’s book “Hidden Prophecies in the Psalms”.  I had not read this book until a few weeks ago when I was already nearly 90% complete with the attached document.  This article is a compilation of notes in a nearly 5 year study on my attempt top either prove or dis-prove the Psalms prophecy vs year theory.  Briefly stated the theory goes that Psalms 17 corresponds to the year 1917 and historical events as they relate to Israel. Psalms 48 to 1948 and so on.  I’m not sure what most people holding to this theory do beyond the year 1999.  I Remained convinced that Israel’s history was indeed eerily similar to Psalms 17, Psalms 48 etc.  However, I had trouble seeing any relevant connection with Israel’s history beyond chapter 67.  That is, until I put aside any pre-conceived notions that I had regarding the last days according to so and so’s book.  Oh, and I must have several dozen prophecy books starting in the 70’s until present.  I stubbornly hung to the notion of a pre-seven year trib rapture.  It wasn’t until I considered the tribulation beginning time markers so emphatically stated in most prophecy books could be in error that I started to see prophecy come alive in the remaining chapters of Psalms.

What startled me the most was Psalms 118.  I kept asking “how could we have missed that?”  I later realized JR Church in his book seems to discount prophecy in the Psalms remaining consistent with the calendar year past Psalms 106 / year 2006.  I don’t believe prophecy in the Psalms stopped in chapter 106 just because Ezra instead of David is given credit for compiling this part of Psalms.  Actually, it seems to me the prophectic content is becoming much stronger each chapter.  I’ll even go so far as to say I believe Psalms 115-118 give or take a year COULD run consecutively with the final period we know as the great tribulation leading up to Christ’s visible return to establish his kingdom on earth.  Read the pdf attached and see if you find Psalms 118 as promising as I do.  Then consider the Psalms leading up to 118, especially Psalms 115.  I’m sure there are verses that you will recognize that I’m missing.  I seem to see something new everyday that I’ve missed before.  God bless.
