I also can identify with you in your article http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2013/parcival723.htm and thanks for expressing it well.  Yes, we do need to continue to work and I believe that the Lord wants it that way.  I have started several large projects around our house in the past years thinking I would never complete them.  They have been completed and I am so glad that my watching for His return did not rob me of these blessings!  I have to make a conscience effort to start a new project since I also watch form my Lords return and there is nothing that says it is going to be this year or that year.  The one thing that we know for sure is that it will happen in the right timing.  As you put it so well “I`ve now put my trust in Him as completely as I humanly can and trust that He will notify me in due time IF I would be counted worthy to join Him as “firstfruits””.
