Re:  Tishah B'Av

Hi Pastor Bob:  Yes, the thought of the Rapture of the saints taking place on the 9th of Av has scampered across my brain a few times.  It would be ironic.  

Because of the many sad things that have happened to the Jewish nation on that particular date in the past, one of the worst things that could happen is for God to take the church and leave His "chosen" people on this earth to go through tribulation.

But then God will turn His attention to the Jewish people.  They will cry out to God and finally know Him, and realize Jesus is Lord, God, Messiah.  The 144,000 will minister, there will be singing and dancing with tears...joy and pain...despair and hope.  They will want to study the New Testament and devour the scriptures to learn all they can.  Bibles will probably be illegal.  The internet will no doubt be turned off and all forms of communication controlled by the Lawless one.  Tumultuous times!

It's hard to think about those tribulation years because of the devastation, death and destruction.  I just pray all those who had been sitting on the fence and all the Jewish people will choose quickly to believe in Yeshua.  It's not gonna be pleasant.  Much of mankind will perish.  

I'm looking forward to the Glorious Appearing at the end of the tribulation, when King Jesus comes with the saints riding on white horses to put an end to Armageddon.  Have you named your horse yet?  I'm gonna call my horse, Vanilla Shake. haha
