Also....note the loophole in this treaty big enough to drive a humvee thru:  The UN states it is not their intention to deprive any citizen of their LEGAL ability to buy or sell ammunition, small arms, or similar weapons....did you catch the loop-hole?   Come on....read it again:  they will not stop us from participating in any LEGAL purchases or ownership!!  But the treaty will MAKE those purchases ILLEGAL!!!!  Viola!
Since those purchases become illegal once it is signed, we will not be permitted anymore to own, purchase, or trade them....that would be illegal, hence their very OWNERSHIP now makes us criminals!!!  How convenient!  Round 'em up, boys!!!  'Showers' to the right, ovens to the left!   (And, NO...I am not using those phrases with ANY disrespect....but with horror and incredulity!)  tracydee
