If (a definite if) my calculations are correct then from May 15, 1948 to 4 July 2012 is 23,427 days. To arrive at 100% if this is 99.6% then we have 231,528 days- which from May 15, 1948 takes us to October 7th which so happens to be the seventh day of the Feast of Tabernacles. It's Hoshanah Rabbath meaning "Day of Salvation".
