I highly doubt this is "the covenant".
1. Israel didn't sign it
2. It's in effect only to 30 September 2015 thus not a 7 year covenant
3. It was only a USA bill- not a "covenant with many".
Be watchful and study scripture. I believe O is being used as a decoy at this point. The AC will arise from Islam or a remnant of the Roman empire (ie; Prince William who has just turned 30 and who is much loved). O is not a man the whole world would worship and adore. IMHO!
Remember- many will fall away from the truth- simply keep your eyes fixed on Jesus- that way you cannot go wrong.
