Dear Doves
Firstly I'd like to thank all of you who have lifted Chris up in prayer and your love to me- very needed. We need the love and fellowship of other believers the most at these times.
The news last Friday wasn't good, the tumours in her liver have grown and her liver is pressing on her stomach, bowel and sternum- hence so much pain. They're reluctant to remove some of the liver as this can "seed" the cancer in other locations- but since she already has tumours in her spine and lungs- they may do this for symptomatic relief. She cannot have further chemotherapy- the last try; she went into shock- she's had too much.

I'm scared by the hopelessness in her voice- she has been so brave the last 11 years of trial- but the length of suffering has become too much and unbearable.

She sees her Oncologist again this Wednesday where some decisions will be made- I appreciate your prayers so dearly. I won't lie- it's a huge test of all of our faith- but I do know she will be healed either in the Rapture or before if she goes ahead of us. I think it's the length of this dreadful suffering that has us clinging to faith with fingertips at times- it seems so unfair- doubtless one glorious day- we will know why.
