Alan, I found this very interesting, I have not heard of this angle. I called an attorney and asked
about this, he did not know a thing about this. I have lost 3 rental property's to foreclosure and I'm
in trouble with my primary home. My question, are you an attorney? Can you cite any examples
of success? Is this nation wide, or is this State restricted? I would love to get more info.
