"Not so silly dream"
Ten years ago, on the night
before Easter Sunday 2002, I had a seemingly silly dream
which came true the very next day. I have included a
description of this dream on my website for some time now (http://cottingham.us).
Until yesterday afternoon, when I received a "word of
wisdom" from the Lord, I had no clue of the significance or
purpose of the dream or the actual event.
In my dream, the seating
in our church worship area was rearranged to be in the
"round", and the pastor was playing a tuba! On the way to church that
Sunday morning, I told my wife all about
this "crazy" dream . When we arrived, "Lo and Behold!" the
church was rearranged with the altar in the middle and the
seats surrounding it. And Pastor David Vallelunga was outside
rehearsing on a tuba! We had heard him play a flute and an
accordion in church before, but had no idea that he could play
or owned a tuba.
Yesterday
afternoon, the message I received was "On the Day of
Resurrection, who was playing a tuba? Vallelunga! (Day of
Resurrection: Tu B'Av! Alleluia!)".
Also, for the first five days of Av, I was awakened at exactly
5:55 am. (On three of these days, I overslept past my normal
alarm time of 5:20 am!) 5+5+5= 15th of Av
