It's very interesting that in the movie "V for Vendetta" that was released in 2006, the bombs in London go off right at midnight while the fireworks are starting. Please watch this video starting at 3:05 into it so you can see the clip from the movie and notice that the clock is set at midnight as the fireworks are going off and London is being destroyed (including Big Ben):

It's also extremely interesting that the "i pet goat II" video is exactly 7:28 in length. It's like they are saying it all ends (or starts) on 7/28. When the clock strikes midnight, it will turn to 7/28 in London.

Kinda reminds me of the Cinderella story. The magic will end when the clock strikes 12.
