I find all this very odd and especially the VISITOR to your church - a VISITOR from Homeland Security? FOR WHAT?  As a spy? An informant? Why would a visitor, IF they were simply interested in visiting a church to worship, be introduced by the fact that he's from Homeland Security? When I am traveling and visit a church, I don't give my OCCUPATION when and IF they introduce me or welcome me, I just give them my name and where I'm from.
 
How bizarre is this?!!!
