There is a BIG outcry now about more gun control laws after what happened in Colorado. They are forgetting this though - what if - WHAT IF about 3 or 4 people in that theatre had on them concealed weapons at the time that happened. You KNOW that at least one of those 3 would probably have had the chance to take that idiot out BEFORE he killed or hurt so many people! Can you imagine?! I mean - what if YOU saw that demon-possessed, bloody killer coming up to you as you lay flat on the floor and pointed that gun at YOU - wouldn't YOU have liked to been able to pull a gun on him right about that time to DEFEND YOUR LIFE instead of watching helplessly while he pulled the trigger and killed YOU and YOUR girlfriend (or boyfriend) beside you - or your little girl - or YOUR little boy, or your mom or dad, or your sister or brother - or BEST FRIEND??? I don't think we need fewer guns, honestly, I think we need MORE OF THEM! What if people KNEW when they walked into a crowded theatre or a crowded stadium or a crowded shopping mall that at least all the ADULTS in the area or at least 50% of them were ARMED!?? Do YOU think they would be so quick to start shooting at them? I don't!!! I think there would be a BIG HESITATION there on their part!

 

I recall seeing a post somewhere some time back where a guy stuck a big sign in his front yard that said he was backing the right to bear arms and kept them in his house, but his neighbor next door to him did not believe in owning firearms for protection and was aggressively fighting the right of U.S. citizens to bear arms --- with a BIG arrow pointing to his neighbor's house. NOW------ WHICH house do you THINK the criminals are more likely to try to rob or break into??  You got ONE guess!
