The LIBOR scandal now implicates BOTH the Bankers AND the REGULATORS!!Dear God....... what a disaster.....and THAT is EXACTLY what we GOT. A DISASTER!From 2008, until now.....and in the coming year, 2013....and 2014.....EVERYBODY.....the Bankers....the Regulators....the Policitians.....the Lobbyists........EVEYBODY has been in this for their OWN self-interests... at the expense of EVERYBODY ELSE..........
