Dear Doves,

   It's hard for me to tell whether or not this is verifiable, since links to Obamacare via internet are a dubious path. 

   However, the same information keeps appearing re; HR3200, Section 2521, Pages 1001 starting with paragraph one, "The secretary shall establish a national medical device registry......"

 I do not post this for sensationalism, but to ask the more learned in law and interpretation, if there is any truth to a national medical identification, be it by card or implant, to be found within Obamacare, to be enacted into law, within 36 months of it's passage.
