"Microchip
requirements relevant to Health Reform Bill"
Regarding Julie Smith's post about health bill "chpping" a
number of things need to be made clear.
1. Snopes.com is not a reliable source of verifying
information. It is run by two individuals loyal to liberal
left and Obama. It has been exposed at numerous web
sites. It has been exposed for mis-information as well as
incorrect information.
2. This is the biggest part of the story not commonly
known. The "micro-chip" is categorized as "Electronic
Protocol". This part of the bill is tied to H&HS who
wrote the fine details of the legislation. The passed bill
is nothing more than the overall policy plan, not the regulation
details which are written after a bill is passed.
I have the document stored on my hard drive, but until I can
locate it and attach it, I will have to summarize the details
here.
Doctors, dentists, chiropractors and anyone involved in health
care of any kind had five years to buy the necessary computer
hardware and software program. The cost was stated as
$50,000 in the H&HS service specs. The government was
offering an inducement of paying 80% if a doctor signed on
early.
The incentive was on a sliding scale:
Sign up first year - government paid 80%
Sign up second year - government paid 60%
Sign up third year - government paid 40%
Sign up fourth year - government paid 20%
Sign up fifth year - government penalizes those that have not
signed up $5,000 a day, each day, until they get with the
program.
I know many in the medical and health fields (private practices)
have already been on board for two years.
My wife works for a chiropractor who got on board the first
year. According to what my wife tells me the software
still has chinks in the system, but that is nothing that can't
be taken care of just like any other update of software.
My wife's boss has been undergoing cancer surgery, chemo, since
last December and has not re-opened her practice due to health
so my wife has been laid-off since January and out of the loop
for six months.
The date of "electronic protocol" requirement is 36 months from
the signing of the Bill - which is March 21st, 2013.
Again, Snopes.com response is deceptive; by accident, intent, or
ignorance - that I do not know. Snopes.com is run by 2
people. Ask yourself, how could 2 people answer everyone's
questions. I monitor hundreds of news stories daily.
I monitor a dozen sites, every day without failure and I can't
begin to cover all the important news in the comprehensive
fashion I would like to be able to cover. It is not even
feasable for 2 people to be the source for answers of thousands
of inquires they may receive.
That is the chief reason Five Doves is important. You have
enough people to post reports and links that others may not even
know about. The Doves can link the rest of us to reports
that are cogent and relative to our focus of interest or
concern. Most of us are not interested in dreams and
visions of others because we are not revered holy men and
women. We all dream, however, my dreams are more colorful
when I eat chocolate brownies or pizza. This is not
intended to offend, however, but for those with eyes to see and
ears to hear. I have been a reader of Five Doves since
John started the site and he deserves kudos just for his
patience, if not more.
