If the new year starts when the barley is abib...isn't it supposed to be harvested by Pentecost?

I know some are pointing to a later date for Pentecost but I thought that was based on the idea that the wheat harvest was also supposed to be done...

Does anyone know when the barley and wheat are harvested in Jerusalem?
