I have seen a UFO, when I was around 18 years old.  A friend and I saw one up above a group of cows at the side of a country road.  We got out of the car and I remember saying over and over, "I can't believe that we are seeing this".  The UFO was just above the cows, but up a little higher than the trees just down from where the cows were.  We were pretty much right under it.  We just stood under the UFO in an astonished state.  I remember looking around for a car to go by and see what we were seeing, but none went by.  After some time (it seemed a short time but possibly we lost track of time) the UFO departed to the southwest faster than any form of transportation we have available on earth and it was totally quiet - made no sound at all.  As far as God allowing her to see the UFO....I can only speak to my own situation.  At the time this happened to me, I had taken interest in witchcraft (Ouija board and spirits).  My friend and I would hear spirits in my house and we would receive excitement/intrigue from that.  Years later, I came to know and love Jesus.  After I came to know the Lord, I would occasionally wonder how UFO's fit into life as we Christians know it.  I knew what I saw that day, it was very real and very close.  Years later, I was dusting my living room one day and watching a Christian television station.  There were two men sitting on a set like a news cast and they were taking phone calls.  Someone called in with my same concern - they had seen a UFO and asked the gentlemen what their thoughts were in regards to UFO's.  They asked the caller where she was in her walk at the time she encountered the UFO, and I was shocked when she said that she had been dabbling in witchcraft.  They said that they thought UFO's were demonic and that it was her lifestyle that invited them in.  I believe that to be true.  I am not saying that Christian's cannot see them, as a matter of fact, I have seen one in the far-off distance since then (within the past year) - it moved very fast, just like the last one I saw.  But I do think that they are demonic (of satan).  I also think that we need to be very careful because we can get too obsessed/interested in UFO's and that delights the enemy.  Greater is He that is in me, than He that is in the world!
