When I first saw the headline, I was outraged. I pictured a small bible study gathering in a living room, 10 people max, being raided by the feds. Then I read what really happened. I think he should have thought it out waaaay better than he did. Trying to sidestep safety issues and allowing a "home bible study" to grow to the size of an actual church seems irresponsible to me. I think he was definitely pushing the limits.
