Tyra's comments appreciated.I am a physician and believe me, I have been watching this closely!First, no one is required to have an IMPLANTED microchip at this time. (It may come later when people start losing their medical ID cards.)Or they may say to take an implanted chip or pay a $5000 tax, since this is the new way of doing things in Washington...It is true that it will link your medical records to your bank account, so payment to the provider is immediate. But the CHIP is in the CARD, not your body. At least for now. There are a few things they don't want you to know about Obamacare1. Health care is not "free"2. Two reputable surveys (New England Journal of Medicine and Investor's Business Daily) found that between a third and half of doctors will resign, retire early, or stop taking patients when Obamacare begins in 2014.3. How will they serve 30 million more patients, with a third of doctors retired? You can see why rationing boards will be needed.4. A trillion dollars we spent on Obamacare would put a free clinic on practically every street corner. That would "bend the price down." There would be no excuse for not getting health care at little or no cost.... NO, THIS IS ABOUT GOVERNMENT CONTROL.5. If you read the administration's White Paper on the Electronic Health Record, you will see that one of their stated goals is to be able to examine everyones' medical records without their knowledge.6. There is a lot of information on the electronic health record in the Stimulus bill (not Obamacare bill). If you read this you will see your medical record will be stored at a huge GOVERNMENT server, and eventually will be bidirectional... the provider puts in the patient's complaint and condition, and the bureaucrat or a computer will respond with what the provider is authorized to do. Decision-making will become centralized and your doctor will be mostly out of the picture. (You can see the problem if the internet goes down...)7. Imagine the security headache that a million authorized users will create. Just a few hackers could sell your medical records to anyone.
