I think there are too many on Sheriff Joe's team that know of what is going to be reveailed on July 17th for him to be taken out, not to mention that he announced this already, as many are anticipating it.  If Sheriff Joe is taken out,  and given what happened to Andrew Breitbart would be too obvious.  Andrew was more of a one man show, so to speak, which left him vulnerable.
 
I wonder if this announcement could set off the Obama administration in a rage, which could start his fury?
 
Think of Fast and Furious, and then read Rev. 12: 11.
 
Since the Scriptures tell us that he will continue till the consummation, we've got to suppose his re-election.
