Is it possible that one or more of the things that you mentioned are not part of the final wrath of God, yet will still happen, anyway, beforehand? Katrina & 9/11 were pretty bad things, and they weren't the final wrath of God either, yet they still happened. I ask, because what if the LORD allows some of these things, that you mentioned, to happen before the blessed hope (rapture)? Did any Christians die or suffer in the twin towers on 9/11? Did any Christians die or suffer during the tragedy of Katrina? The answer to both is yes, as well as with other tragedies and disasters which have already occurred. So, my thought really is, can Christians in America, possibly face any more tragedies, disasters or persecution, before the blessed hope? Or is it that nothing really bad is going to happen anymore, until after the saints are removed? I asked that same question in a Bible study that I was a part of, and I practically had my head removed - it was like my simply asking a question like that bordered on the unforgivable blasphemy that our LORD mentioned - clearly, I was the only one there, heretical enough, to even think that American Christians could suffer before the blessed hope - I guess that it was unbiblical and unpatriotic for me to have asked the question - yet I thought to ask it again, here on FiveDoves.
