The impression I had was that the 99.6% completion was not necessarily time related.
My thoughts were it may have been regarding prophetic completion particularly regarding Israel or those predestined for the rapture which may not yet be saved. It may be the marshalling of angelic forces to receive and organise the ressurected saints before us and to withstand and cast to the Earth the enemy's forces.
It's fun speculating but who really knows.

If we calculate on a time basis we need a point at which to work from it does not appear we have that.

We are all excited and as the Word says we have need of patience lol.
