I guess it is like the Jonathen Klek video, it takes a while, then you can see it

It isnt obvious to my imaginative mind at first

But it appears to me to be one head on top of another

The young man on top

An older heavy man on bottom with beard?

 A more slender younger man on top with a light coming out of his right eye

He has something on his head, a hat or crown.

The dragon has a light coming out of his left eye

So they would be his left hand men.
