Thank you for your update regarding the unbelievable Colorado fires. Many Christians were deeply burdened and prayed for rains to come to put these fires out. I know that Colorado Springs is the base of many Christian ministries. I do hope that Psalm 91 was in full effect throughout this crisis, and that your home and business were protected by God. I live in So. California and a LOT of Christians went through the horrible Northridge earthquake that hit at 4am January 1994. It felt like a Gorilla had grabbed hold of my home and shook it to pieces. The floors and walls were moving as I tried to make my exit in the pitch black darkness in my bare feet to run outside. When I got outside I put my shoes on and turned on my battery operated radio to try to find out where the epicenter was. I knew it was bad where I lived, but it might have been worse for other areas. When it became daylight I went into my home, and saw broken glass all over the kitchen floor which was right next to my exit path. Even though I was in my bare feet making my exit, my feet did not suffer a scratch!
Anyway, long story short, 3 or 4 days later I went to the Wednesday night service at Jack Hayford's church. The church was packed out. Pastor Jack just passed a mic around to let people share their testimonies. It was amazing, no one knew of a single Christian who had been hurt. Things got broken, and there was damage, but no one died or was even hurt. It seemed that those inclined to make a run for it, turned it was the best thing they could have done, as they would have died or been terribly injured if they had stayed in their bed. Likewise for those who felt inclined to just ride out the roller coaster in bed. If they had tried to make a run for it, they surely would have been hit by a falling Amoire or book case or something. We were all amazed by the end of the service. Yes, we had just come through a horrible tragedy, and 65 people died. But no one from our church died or was injured. We left the service rejoicing and marveling that God's angels must have been super busy that night. So I suspect the same will be true with your disaster. One more thing, Pastor Jack said that when he and other pastors prayed about it, it seemed that the earthquake was judgment from God. The places completely destroyed were the porno making shops.
So, since you we able to send us an update, I can assume that psalm 91 was working, and the Lord's angels had charge over you. You didn't die, and didn't mention getting hurt. Praise the Lord!

Having said all that, I believe these disasters that are happening are SIGNS of our impending escape. Did you see this video about the Prophetic Signs in just June alone? Its like the 10 plagues poured out upon Egypt, so that the Pharoah would "LET MY PEOPLE GO." I believe the unprecedented fires in Colorado are a part of this scenario.
