I am daily reader of 5 Doves and have only ever posted once or twice over the years.  I was wondering if anyone has noticed the connections to the Aurora shooting and the scripture and analogy the POTUS made when he visited the town after the incident.  I didn’t catch the whole speech but I was once again disturbed by this mans choice of scripture.  He said he wasn’t appearing as the President, but as a FATHER and HUSBAND.  He quoted from Rev. 21:4

 

 

	Rev 21:2	Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
	Rev 21:3	And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them [and be] their God.
	Rev 21:4	"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
	Rev 21:5	Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."
	Rev 21:6	And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.
	Rev 21:7	"He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.

 

 

It seems to me that he believes he is the father and husband of America.  I think he knows that he is the father of lies and the husband of the lost.  I know that isn’t what the scriptures are saying in this case but he is depicting himself as God/Messiah by saying he is the father and husband.  God is our Father in heaven and Jesus is the Husband of the Bride (church).  In one fellow swoop he once again referred to himself as the most high ( the most high dark knight).   He never quotes anything as a coincidence.  I believe if we read between the lines he is telling us exactly who he is.  One more note, the former America has surly passed away under this mans control.
