The first thought that struck me when I saw your post.  Why did God say 2 Kentucky 22 instead of 2 Kings 22 in his message?
 
For what it's worth, the amusement park, Ark Encounters, which is being put together by Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis who opened the Creation Museum, has a proposed site in Grant County, Kentucky which has Route 22 running straight through it.  I don't know if this is the finalized site or not, but I believe it is.  One thing that concerns me about this park is the replica of Tower of Babel to be built as well?!?!?!
