This launch is NASA’s (Space Transportation Systems) STS-135 (135th and final mission of NASA's Space Shuttle Program). It is the 37th NASA mission to the International Space Station. Also, STS-135 is now the 33rd launch and thus the 33rd and final flight of the “Atlantis Orbiter” Space Plane/Craft. Why pick the Atlantis named craft for this final mission?
