"THE SCRIPTURAL DEFINITION OF "REDEMPTION""

THE DEFINITION OF "REDEMPTION" ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES...........

The Scriptural definition of the word ,"redemption", as it is used in the following Scriptures, is found also in other Scriptures :

Luke 21:28 ( Jesus speaking)

"When these things begin to come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads, for your REDEMPTION draws nigh."

Romans 3:23

"But ourselves also which have the 'Firstfruits of the Spirit' are waiting for our adoption, the REDEMPTION  OF OUR BODY.

Ephesians 4:30

"Grieve not the Holy Spirit of God whereby you are sealed until  the DAY OF REDEMPTION ."   ( We are all redeemed together on the SAME DAY. )

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :

When  the Scriptures speak of our "REDEMPTION", it is speaking of the "DAY OF REDEMPTION" OF OUR BODIES which is also the "DAY OF SALVATION",  and the 'DAY  OF THE RESURRECTION & RAPTURE' of His Elect Body of Christ Church.  The "REDEMPTION OF OUR BODY" will happen ON THE DAY our Lord Jesus appears , and CHANGES our mortal earthly bodies into immortal Spiritual bodies which can then ascend into heaven with the Lord according to :

1 Corinthians 15:50-51

"Flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God...... We shall not all sleep, but WE SHALL ALL BE CHANGED."

According to Your Holy Word, come Lord Jesus !
