THE HEBREW LUNAR CALENDAR &THE BARLEY HARVEST.......
Each month of the twelve-month Hebrew Lunar Calendar begins on the day of the New Moon over Jerusalem, therefore the FIRST DAY of each LUNAR MONTH falls on the day of each NEW MOON over Jerusalem.
The FIRST MONTH begins on the FIRST NEW MOON AFTER the Spring Vernal Equinox, i.e., the first day of the Spring Season , which falls on March 20th of each year. The first six months on the Hebrew Lunar Calendar are as follows :
Nisan ...........which is the approximate equivalent of April on our Gregorian Calendar
Lyar............................................................................May
Sivan..........................................................................June
Tammu.......................................................................July
Av...............................................................................August
Tishri.......................................................................... September
John 4:34-36 ( Jesus speaking )
When Jesus said, "Say not ye, There are yet four months , and then comes the harvest ? He was speaking during the first month of Nisan because He also said, "I say unto you lift up your eyes , and look on the fields, for they ARE WHITE ALREADY TO HARVEST." The first field crop of the year that is ready to harvest in the SPRING MONTH OF NISAN in Israel is Barley, which when ripe for harvest appears "WHITE" in the field. The "FOUR MONTHS" following the first month of Nisan are the months of Lyar / May, Sivan / June, Tammu / July, Av / August, and then comes the harvest in Tishri / September. Jesus said no to that scenario because that would mean a FALL SEASON HARVEST which it IS NOT.
SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT :
Jesus has said “look on the fields , for they ARE WHITE ALREADY FOR HARVEST" in the FIRST MONTH OF NISAN , "and He ( Jesus ) that reaps receives wages, and GATHERS FRUIT UNTO ETERNAL LIFE" which means that Jesus is going to resurrect & rapture His Elect Body of Christ Church during THE FIRST MONTH OF NISAN when the Barley crop is "WHITE IN THE FIELD" in Israel.
According to Your Holy Word, come Lord Jesus !
