"WHO Declares Public Health Emergency of International Concern For Monkeypox"

Hello John and Doves,

Surprise!  Surprise!  NOT!

After yet another pandemic exercise that I wrote about in my Doves letter:  "Another Pandemic Exercise - Who Would Have Guessed?"  May 21, 2022, ....

We have WHO declaring a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC)" for monkeypox.

This time, it's monkeypox.
See my notes on this exercise at the end of this letter.

What we are seeing is not monkeypox that is endemic to Africa - whatever this is is now identified in 70 countries and diagnosed in more than 13,000 people.

The Africacdc.org identifies monkeypox as a "viral disease transmitted to humans through contact with the blood, bodily fluids, or cutaneous or mucosal lesions of infected animals....The symptoms include fever, intense headaches, swelling of the lymph nodes, back pain, muscle ache and lack of energy.  There could be skin rashes that begin on the face and spread to other parts of the body and evolve to pustules and cruses.  There are currently no specific treatments or vaccines for monkeypox virus infection, but prior smallpox vaccination may reduce the effect of the disease.  Prevention and control can be achieved by avoiding physical contact with rodents, primates, infected persons or contaminated materials and direct exposure to blood and inadequately cooked meat."

Note: UK researchers report that The standard symptoms for monkeypox include sores and scabs across the body.

This is not the same "monkeypox" in Africa that we are seeing spread across the US and Europe.

I just received my SMS Alert Text and accompanying email from alertsusa.com:

"Global monkeypox outbreak declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) by the World Health Organization."  WHO held a second meeting of the International Health Regulations Emergency Committee "regarding the multi-country outbreak of monkeypox." The WHO Director-General "has determined that the multi-country outbreak of monkeypox constitutes a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.

People are waking up:

"They've got to be monkeying around.  An eerily accurate simulation exercise at the Munich Security Conference in March 2021 centered on a monkeypox outbreak - and had the rare and potentially deadly "hypothetical" diseases starting exactly when the real one did.  The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI), a non-profit founded by US media mogul Ted Turner and former Democratic Senator Sam Nunn, gathered a panel of 19 experts - including government officials from the US and China, representatives from the World Health Organization and the UN and researchers from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and major pharma companies - to game out responses to a "12 Monkeys"-like bioterror attack."

"The fictional scenario, sponsored by Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz and his Open Philanthropies non-profit hinged on the secret release of a lab-enhanced monkeypox that eventually killed 271 million people in a worldwide 19-month pandemicThe simulations imaginary launch date was May 15, 2022 - the same week that marked the real-world start of the first international outbreak of the viral disease, more than a year after the globalist group met."

"There's never been a global monkeypox outbreak outside of Africa until now - in the exact week of the exact month predicted by the biosecurity folks in the their pandemic simulation," wrote attorney Michael Senter of the anti-lockdown Brownstone Institute.  "Take these guys to Vegas!"

"In 2019, a similarly coincidental tabletop exercise hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security along with the World Economic Forum and the Gates Foundation, conjured by a devastating coronavirus pandemic - just months before the real one began."

WHO's Public Health Emergency of International Concern for monkeypox:

WHO has guidelines for countries with no history of monkeypox in the human population, for countries with imported cases of monkeypox in the human population, for countries who already have human-to-human transmission of monkeypox in the human population - they have guidelines involving stopping human-to-human transmission, protecting vulnerable groups, raising awareness about monkeypox virus transmission, preventing the spread of misinformation.

They specifically 'target' homosexuals ("reduction of the number of sexual partners, reduction of events with venues for sex on premises), yet include "avoid the stigmatization of any individual or population groups...kinda hard not to stigmatize homosexual behavior when they report that 99% of these infections are in homosexual men..

Their recommendations include:  intensify surveillance for illness compatible with monkeypox, report to WHO all confirmed and probable cases of monkeypox; strengthen laboratory capacity for diagnosis with nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) ((we saw how the PCR test falsely increased Covid-19 infection numbers)); strengthen genomic sequencing capacities to determine circulating virus clades and the evolution, and share genetic sequence data; isolate cases for the duration of the infectious period; conduct contact tracing - including 21 days of health monitoring of those probable or confirmed cases; consider the targeted use of second or third generation smallpox or monkeypox vaccines for post-exposure prophylaxis in contacts, including household, sexual and other contacts of community cases and health workers; consider the targeted use of vaccines for pre-exposure prophylaxis in persons at risk of exposure- health workers, lab personnel, communities at high risk of exposure or with high risk behaviors, such as persons who have multiple sexual partners.

Then they go into protocols for screening, triage, isolation, testing, clinical assessment of suspected cases; establish and implement protocols related to infection and control measures - PPE, training, etc.

All of this we've been through with the Covid agenda/exercise. Increased testing, contact tracing, variant identification, isolation of the infected, etc.

And like Covid, we have their "vaccine" information:

"And make all efforts to use existing or new vaccines against monkeypox - collect date on effectiveness of vaccines (e.g. such as comparison of one or two dose vaccine regimens) and conduct vaccine effectiveness studies."  NOTE:  According to the Africa CDC quoted at the beginning of this letter, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for monkeypox.  So no clinical trials have ever been done with vaccines or treatments for monkeypox.  Those 'trials' will probably be conducted on the public  - just like Covid-19!  THEIR vaccines, THEIR treatments (as we saw with Covid-19 and their horrible treatments with remdesivir, vents, and their new worthless paxlovid - see previous Doves letter on this garbage drug
How Is The New Covid-19 FDA Approved Drug Paxlovid Doing?

WHO says to make all efforts to use existing or new therapeutic and antiviral agents fro the treatment of monkeypox cases within a framework of collaborative clinical efficacy studies.  (no studies to date)

Monkeypox has been around for a very long time - yet, with THIS monkeypox - it's like a whole new ballgame.  Why is it different from monkeypox endemic to Africa?  Why would THAT be?  Maybe something else they created in a lab?

And like Covid - they already have Emergency Use Authorization protocols - where they control the narrative.

"When the use of vaccines and antivirals for monkeypox in the context of a collaborative research framework is not possible, use under expanded access protocols can be considered, such as the Monitored Emergency Use of Unregistered and Investigational Interventions (MEUR) under certain circumstances, using harmonized data collection for clinical outcomes (such as WHO Global Clinical Platform for Monkeypox).
This is a "secure, limited-access, password-protected platform".  Hmmmm.

So, basically, they'll be experimenting on the public - again.  Trying to figure out the vaccine, the treatment, etc.

And WHO has recommendations for international travel.

And WHO reports that:

Spain, the UK, the US, and Canada reported that 99% of their cases of monkeypox occurred in men who had sex with men (MSM) - and is mainly among those "with multiple partners".

Spain is offering the vaccine to health care workers and people with HIV.  Vaccine supplies are low.

The UK has a few severe cases and is "planning to modify its case definition for monkeypox to include newly recognized conditions such as proctitis (inflammation of the lining of the rectum).  "Environmental investigations have identified monkeypox virus DNA (presumed to be infectious) on surfaces in hospitals and households.  The UK vaccine strategy is to target high risk populations - MSM.

Here's an interesting article out of the UK - "Researchers have found that some people with monkeypox are not presenting with typical symptoms, and their disease could look more like a typical STI (sexually transmitted infection).  A study looking at people diagnosed recently sound that 'many' of those infected have only single genital lesions, or they have sores within the mouth or in the anus.  The standard symptoms for monkeypox include sores and scabs across the body...In some people, anal and oral symptoms have led to people being admitted to hospital for management of pain and difficulties swallowing...misdiagnosis can slow detection and thus hinder efforts to control the spread of the virus.  There have now been 2,050 confirmed monkeypox cases across England so far with the majority based in London."

"But the researchers warned that although sex was the most likely way these patients picked up the virus, it can be transmitted by any close physical contact through large respiratory droplets and potentially through clothing and other surfaces."

"They warned that it's very important to be able to correctly identify monkeypox because there is a global shortage of both vaccines and treatments."
https://metro.co.uk/2022/07/23/new-monkeypox-symptoms-identified-as-cases-rise-to-over-2000-in-uk-17054381/

In the U.S., most cases are concentrated in three large cities.  A few cases have occurred in children and in pregnant women.  99% are in male-to-male sexual contact.

In Canada, 99% of cases are in MSM.

Where monkeypox is endemic, we see a different story with monkeypox - Nigeria has reported over 800 cases of monkeypox between September 2017 and July 2022 - with a 3% fatality ratio in confirmed cases.  Cases are predominantly in men aged 31 to 40 years; there was no evidence of sexual transmission presented.

Yet, the UK, the US, Canada, and countries where monkeypox is not endemic are seeing 99% of monkepox in MSM.  This is not the monkeypox we have seen in the past that's transferred to people by animals and is endemic in Africa.

By identifying monkeypox in children and pregnant women (although rare) and that it can survive on surfaces in hospitals and households and is still infective....not needing human contact...they are setting the world up for more fear and drama.

Even the FDA recognizes that THIS monkeypox is different from the old monkeypox:

The FDA has licensed two vaccines for "preventing" monkeypox - Jynneos/Imvanex  (made by Bavarian Nordic) and ACAM2000.  Jynneos is in short supply.  ACAM2000 should not be used in people with weakened immune systems, are pregnant or have skin conditions like atomic dermatitis/eczema.  "No data is available yet on the effectiveness of these vaccines on the current outbreak."  These are two shot regimens - "People are considered fully vaccinated about 2 weeks after their second shot of Jynneos and 4 weeks after receiving the ACAM2000.  "However, people who get vaccinated should continue to take steps to protect themselves from infection by avoiding close, skin-to-skin contact, including intimate contact, with someone who has monkeypox."  This was updated June 30, 2022

So, with "no data available on the effectiveness of these vaccines on the current outbreak" why did the US order 13 million additional doses of the monkeypox vaccine, $119 million?  The company, Bavarian Nordic is heavily funded by NIH - via Fauci.  Fauci directs the funding through Project BioShield of hundreds of millions of dollars for "new bioterrorism product development."  He picks and chooses who gets this money and for what.
US buys millions of Monkeypox vaccines after Massachusetts case

However, it seems there has been a glitch in the getting of this vaccine from Denmark's Bavarian Nordic.  "There are more than a million doses of vaccine named Jynneos in a storage facility in Denmark that is awaiting approval to be sent to the U.S., even though the facility has already been inspected by European officials...
Bavarian Nordic’s smallpox vaccine recommended for use against monkeypox in Europe

There's another drug, TPOXX (Tecovirimat), that can also be used to treat people infected with monkeypox.  But access to the drug is restricted because the FDA has only officially authorized it to be used to treat smallpox.  The CDC has protocols in place to research and allow the use of TPOXX to treat monkeypox and in June it listed some rules and documentation required to attempt to treat somebody infected using the drug.  It turns out this process requires physicians to fill out 100 pages of paperwork for each patient they want to prescribe TPOXX to.  In a media call Thursday organized by the Infectious Diseases Society of America, medical leaders complained that this red tape made it "nearly impossible" to treat potentially hundreds of infected patients."

Senator Richard Burr (R-NC), "who is a ranking member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, sent a letter of HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, complaining that the federal testing response has been too slow ..."Beyond failures in testing, the administration's strategy to utilize vaccines and treatemtns that are effective against monkeypox has also been appalling.  We have vaccines and treatments that we can use during this response.  There tools are available in large part due to the resources the United States has provided for smallpox preparedness through Project BioShield.  The availability of these products is a true success story of biodefense.  But securing a stockpile of vaccines is only effective if we are able to get shots in arms."  Dated 7/15/2022  The federal government is being accused of allowing for the spread of monkeypox in the U.S.  And Project BioShield has funded via taxpayer dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars in research for vaccines and drugs specifically for such a time as this...yet physicians can't seem to get those vaccines and drugs for patients.
Federal Bureaucracy Is Keeping Doctors from Adequately Treating Monkeypox

So why is the Biden administration/Fauci dragging their feet on monkeypox vaccine and treatment?  Especially since the Jynneos smallpox vaccine was funded by our NIH and is available.  Maybe they know that this vaccine won't work against this particular monkeypox variant.  Or they are waiting for a mRNA 'vaccine' by Moderna to be approved under EUA by the FDA.  As for treatment - maybe Fauci has a drug he's been wanting to make money off of...waiting in the wings to be approved by FDA?

Even WHO has data that showed that the smallpox vaccine "is 85% effective against monkeypox virus, and the symptoms of monkeypox virus infection are similar to those of smallpox, but the clinical symptoms of monkeypox are mild, and the incubation period is usually 6 to 13 days, and may be as long as 21 days."  (That's the OLD monkeypox.)

Is there a mRNA monkeypox vaccine?

"...on May 24, mRNA vaccine research and development company Moderna announced that it will use its mRNA vaccine research and development platform to carry out research and development of monkeypox mRNA vaccine."
But this new and improved monkeypox is different...and of course there will be a mRNA vaccine for this new virus.

"May 24 - Moderna Inc. is testing potential vaccines against monkeypox in pre-clinical trials as the disease spreads in the United States and Europe."

There have been 2,891 confirmed cases in the U.S. as of July 22, 2022

Why a mRNA vaccine?  "It's very easy to change the vaccine; you just have to change the sequence..this is an ideal platform to deal with a pandemic or outbreak.  This concept is supported by the unprecedented speed at which the first two Covid-19 vaccines were created and administered to the public in the United States:  mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna won emergency use authorization from the FDA in December 2020 - less than a year after Chinese scientists revealed the genetic sequence of the coronavirus."

So who is going to "reveal the genetic sequence" of this new monkeypox virus so THEY can build a "vaccine" to it?  The same lab that created it?  They are already building the 'fear' component to their new pandemic.  And no doubt they are preparing their next EUA 'vaccine' - a mRNA monkeypox "vaccine" by Moderna.  But wait, what about Pfizer?

As I wrote, people are getting suspicious of all of this:  Here's the Babylon Bee and their satire:

"Miracle:  Pfizer announces they just so happened to finish monkeypox vaccine yesterday."  "Wow, an unusually contagious variant of an old virus with unknown origins?  Gee, that's strange!" said Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla.  "Well as luck would have it, our ten-year project to create a monkeypox vaccine coincided perfectly with the first cases show up, just in time for our Q2 earnings report - er, I mean just in time to save the world!"

What we are seeing are two different monkeypox virus:  "What's happening in Africa is almost entirely separate from the outbreak in Europe and North America," said Dr. Paul Hunter, a professor of medicine at Britain's University of East Anglia who previously advised WHO on infectious diseases."  Outside of Africa, 99% of all reported monkeypox cases are in men, 98% are in men who have sex with other men."  In Africa, "monkeypox is mainly jumping into people from infected animals."  And monkeypox can be fatal. The Africa CDC described the symptoms of African monkeypox....yet in the UK, Canada, and US, the symptoms are different - often, very different.  In Africa the infected people have many visible lesions...in the UK and US some people only have one or two lesions, often in their genitals.  No one has yet died in the UK, US from monkeypox - it's a much less severe disease.

To further add to the fear factor:  "Some US public health experts have begun to wonder if the outbreak is becoming widespread enough that monkeypox will become a new sexually transmitted disease."

Reclassifying monkeypox as a "global emergency" will make vaccines more and more available - or at least push the mRNA vaccines into EUA in the US.  And push Fauci's chosen drugs into the hands of hospitals/physicians.  This isn't just about the billions these companies are making..and those invested (Fauci, hospitals, etc)...but there is a dark side to these.  Pure evil.

This whole thing now with monkeypox stinks.

On a side note, I am reminded of Revelation 16:2, "The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the land, and ugly festering sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and worshiped its image."  How many of these people with monkeypox had the Covid-19 mRNA "vaccine"?  This is not a mark in the forehead or hand, which I believe is one way this is disqualified as the mark of the beast but it could be a possible 'get ready' for the mark.  I know some think it is the mark of the beast.  It's close.  We know now that it does change a person's DNA and it does impair the immune system making people more susceptible to infections/diseases. And it can cause shingles and other skin disorders.  And now we have this nasty new disease....

I'm suspicious of all Fact Check articles now and here's one:  "Fact check: monkeypox is neither shingles nor side effect of Pfizer vaccine. Despite rumours spreading on the internet that probably monkeypox cases reported around the world in recent weeks are actually shingles episodes, the two disease are caused by viruses from distinct families and are unlikely to be confused for one another based on laboratory tests or clinical symptoms.  Users on social media have also alleged that the latest monkeypox outbreak is a hidden adverse effect of Pfizer's Covid vaccination."

It would be interesting to know, how many of these people are 'vaccinated' for Covid-19.  Just given the percentage of those vaccinated - probably most......

Waiting to see what Fauci does with this new emergency declaration by WHO - I'm sure he's got plans.

Remember Fauci was front and center in HIV research - as were many on Trump's Covid-19 Task Force - interesting that this is starting out like another 'gay' disease.  And Fauci is all about mRNA vaccination technology.  He's been pushing it, funding it for years!  Watch for an EUA monkeypox mRNA vaccine made available in short order to the public.  This will not be what people expect.  This will be another "Covid-19 vaccine" fiasco!  And with Moderna testing a mRNA vaccine...bet it won't be long it will be at a pharmacy near you and we'll have a "bank" run on it!

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!

Another Pandemic Exercise - Who Would Have Guessed?!

It certainly is uncanny how these 'exercises' end up becoming real-life front page news.

And here we find out that "the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) partnered with the Munich Security Conference in March 2021 engaged in an exercise simulating how the world would react to an outbreak of monkeypox."

Seems we have the regular instigators:  WHO, the Rockefeller Foundation, Ted Turner, Kissinger, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

"In March 2021, NTI conducted a Tabletop Exercise on Reducing High-Consequence Biological Threat, the third in a series of annual collaborations between NTI and the Munich Security Conference.  The exercise examined gaps in national and international biosecurity and pandemic preparedness architectures and explored opportunities to improve capabilities to prevent and respond to high-consequence biological events.  The exercise included 19 senior leaders and experts from across Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe  with decades of combined experience in public health, biotechnology industry, international security and philanthropy."

"The exercise scenario portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual strain of monkeypox virus that first emerges in the fictional country of Brinia and eventually spreads globally.  Later in the exercise, the scenario reveals that the initial outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack using a pathogen engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and biosecurity provisions and week oversight.  The exercise concludes with more than three billion cases and 270 million fatalities globally."

In Figure 1. Scenario Design Summary, the ATTACK is shown on May 15, 2022.

"Move 1" occurs on June 5, 2022 with the Scenario including Monkeypox outbreak in Brinia, 1421 cases/4 deaths and No international warnings or advisories.

"Move 2" occurs on January 10, 2023 with the Scenario including 83 countries affects, 70 million cases/1.3 million deaths and Monkeypox engineered to be vaccine-resistant.

"Move 3" occurs on May 10, 2023 with the Scenario including 480 million cases/27 million deaths and Revelation of terror group origins - infiltration of civilian bio lab.

"Roundtable" ends on December 1, 2023 with the Scenario including 3.2 billion cases/271 million deaths and Global differences in national responses contribute to significantly variable outcomes.
