Dr. Awe has a very detailed
calendar/chart of the Feasts of the Lord.
In the fifth month, the month of
Av, of the Hebrew calendar, we have Pentecost, the Feast of
New Wine, the 9th of Av...
Jesus has to fulfill the
"appointed feasts of the Lord" in Leviticus. These are
appointed times of God's - they are prophetic. Jesus
has fulfilled the first of these. He will fulfill all
of them at some point.
In the month of Av -
Pentecost fell at the time of the
Feast of New Wine. He spends some time talking about
each of these: the Feast of New Wine, the 9th of Av and
Pentecost.
Moses went up the mount the first
time on Shavuot on the 15th day of the third month; then
came down and then went back up, etc...this ended up being a
time period of 7 days plus 40 days plus 3 initial days to
sanctify or 50 days total - taking them to the fifth month
with its Feast of New Wine, 9th of Av time.
We know there
is a festival to the Lord in the 5th month because the
Israelites wanted Aaron to make them a
golden calf because "Tomorrow shall be a feast to the
Lord." Exodus 32:5. What was this 'feast of
the Lord'?
In the Septuigent, Exodus
32:17-18: "And Joshua having heard the voice of the
people crying, says to Moses, There is a noise of war in
the camp. Moses says, It is not the voice of them
that begin the battle, nor the voice of them that begin
the cry of defeat, but the voice of them that begin
the banguet of wine do I hear." Jesus
would have known about this feast. This is when new
wine is ready in the month of Av.
He makes some very interesting
comparisons on his calendar/chart to the Rapture.
(I'll add - On the chabad calendar
the month of Av starts sunset July 28 to sunset July
29. The 9th of Av is sunset August 5 to sunset August
6.)
He thinks the Rapture could occur
on August 8th. If the Jews all over the world were
asked when they thought the first day of Jacob's Trouble
would be - he thinks their answer would be the 9th of
Av. Then God gave us the wine connection, the Holy
Spirit connection, and others - all pointing to a possible
Rapture on this day.
Jesus won't drink of the wine
until He drinks it NEW with you. New wine at the New
Wine Festival??? Mark 14:25 "I will not drink
again of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink
it new in the Kingdom of God."

possibilities for the Rapture in July...but if those
pass...what Dr. Barry Awe presents here is very
compelling...
