Who was Matthew Livelsberger and
what did he know??
Livelsberger was on holiday leave
from his station in Germany. He was a Green
Beret. "..his father had figured he would be returning
to Germany. He said nothing with his son seemed
amiss." He had an 8 month old daughter and a new
assignment involving drones - "that friends said excited
him". His father said that he loved the Army and he
loved America.
Livelsberger rented a Tesla
Cybertruck in Denver and drove to Las Vegas, via New Mexico
and Arizona. Odd route to travel to Vegas from Denver.
Here's the information on Matthew
Livelsberger's email to Sam Shoemat, who is "an intelligence
officer and Chief Warrant Officer 2 (US Army,
retired)" The email was sent on December 31. The
FBI said this looks to be, indeed, from Livelsberger.
I believe Shoemat is a regular on the Shawn Ryan Show?
Pretty damning accusations in this
email AND he points to China as the source of the mystery
drones via submarines off the eastern coast.

Livelsberger asked Shoemat to not
release this until 1Jan and to keep his identity private
until that time.
He explains that the "drones" (his
quotation marks) we have been seeing in the northeast, is
the "operational use of gravitic propulsion systems powered
aircraft by most recently China." He wrote that only
the U.S. and China have this technology.
He wrote that China has been
launching them from the Atlantic for years from
submarines. And this has picked up recently. He
said it is a show of force for now - "and they are using it
similar to how they used the balloon for sigint and isr,
which are also part of the integrated comms system.
There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given
time."
What's interesting about these is
their speed and stealth. "They are the most
dangerous threat to national security that have ever
existed. They basically have an unlimited payload
capacity and can park it over the WH (White House) if they
wanted. It's checkmate."
(I'll add this is very concerning
because in one of my previous drone letters, I wrote about
people being told to stay some 300 feet away from any downed
drone - call hazmat, call the FBI - because 'we don't
know what the payload is'. Interesting. So this
sure makes it look like our government knows what these are
and who is behind these 'drones'. And we were told by
our own government that these are not a public threat or a
threat to national security. So it does look like some
kind of blackmail operation going on or treason within our
govt/DoD - looks like our military feels defenseless against
these - or is in cahoots with these ??....)
(I looked up sigint: SIGINT
involves collecting foreign intelligence from communications
and information systems and "SIGINT or signals intelligence,
refers to any intelligence-gathering method that involves
the interception and analysis of signals emitted by enemy
communications systems, radar, and weapons."

achieving this goal.")
What is ISR and
what is its role in military operations?
Livelsberger worked in
special forces overseeing drone operations and
maintenance...he would certainly be in a position
to know all of this about China and their drones. And
U.S. military drones.
Levelsberger continued in his
email: "USG needs to give the history of this, how we are
employing it and weaponizing it, how China is employing them
and what the way forward is. China is poised
to attack anywhere in the east coast."
He wrote that he's being followed
by Homeland or FBI - that they are looking to move on him
and will probably stop him from crossing in to Mexico.
He said he's been 'visible' to them and they are "definitely
digitally tracking me" via cell phone.
"I have knowledge of this program
and also war crimes that were covered up during airstrikes
in Nimruz province Afghanistan in 2019 by the admin, DoD,
DEA and CIA. I conducted targeting for these strikes
over 125 buildings (65 were struck because of CIVCAS) that
killed hundreds of civilians in a single day. USFORA
continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR,
it was supposed to take 6 minutes and scramble all aircraft
to CENTCOM. The UN basically called these war crimes,
but the administration made them disappear. I was part
of the cover-up with USFORA and Agent (name blacked out) of
the DEA....I worked with GEN Millers IO staff on this as
well as the response to Bala Murghab. AOB-S Commander
at the time (name blacked out) can validate this."
"You need to elevate this to
the media so we can avoid a world war because this is a
mutually assured destruction situation."
Shoemate said he was concerned
because he couldn't validate or verify any of this - he
responded to Livelsberger in an email with 'this is
obviously a very big deal but I don't have anything to
verify this information with. Talking about gravitic
propulsion systems without evidence just makes me another
talking head."
His last email to Shoemate was,
"Can I get on Fox News contact on Signal as well as Sean
show, Hegseth would be good too? (I'm assuming he
wanted to 'spill the beans' on Fox news, maybe the Sean
Hannity Show - or somehow contact Pete Hegseth. If he
was referring to Signal the app - it's a secure encrypted
messaging app.) (He did send an email to Shawn Ryan
Show saying he wanted to talk but it had to be before
December 31st.)
Ryan asked, "What is a gravitic
propulsion system?"
I found this: "Gravitic
propulsion systems could power future spacecraft to Mars in
just 30 days, slashing current travel times by 75%. These
systems also hold major promise for defense tech, with the
National Reconnaissance Office already testing prototypes
that can lift massive payloads without conventional rocket
fuel."
"The B-2 Bomber stands as proof of
this tech's success. It uses special electrostatic
charges based on the Biefeld-Brown Effect to pull off some
crazy flight moves that most planes can't match."
"Recent buzz points to even bigger advances in the
field. Matthew Livelsberger dropped a bombshell about
bout the U.S. and China possibly having gravitic tech in
their stealth aircraft. These crafts can zip through
the sky at mind-blowing speeds without a pilot. ...The tech
could give military craft unlimited payload capacity,
changing the game for good."
"Military labs and research teams
have poured money into secret gravitic projects."

Shawn Ryan googled the Afghanistan
hits in 2019 - he found articles that support Livelsberger's
claims. There was an obvious cover up. The hits
were supposedly on drug making facilities. That lines
up 100%.
Ryan said that he had
messages/calls from several former Green Berets and one
active (Tim Kennedy) - they said Livelsberger was an
upstanding soldier and operator. He was moving on to
work in the future of warfare.
Concerning that DA agent, he
wanted his name redacted. He's 'still operational.'
The DA agent messaged Ryan and said they needed to
talk. This checks out 100%.
Ryan said about Livelsberger's
info: "This stuff is lining up."
Shoemat said that Livelsberger's
Signal number changed after he died. Somebody had to
do this. He doesn't know why.
Shoemat talked to the FBI.
They were polite and said they'd contact him if they needed
anything further.
Ryan said the FBI contacted CID
(This refers the Army's Criminal Investigation
Division). This went all the way to the top of the
Army.
These are very serious allegations
- U.N. level war crimes. This did happen.
Shoemat and Ryan tried to connect some dots and
questioned 'the narrative'. There are some loose
ends:
Lots of people said Livelsberger
was mentally stable. He was very capable. Very
intelligent.
He loads up a 'bullet proof' Tesla
that he chose - knowing it's not going to explode - blew it
up with fireworks and other junk, when he could have made a
real bomb that could have leveled the place.
This was basically just a
fireworks display. But why Trump hotel? Why Las Vegas?
The army is saying that the DNA of
the body supposedly of Liveslberger did not match the DNA of
his daughter.
He was shot with a 50 caliber
Desert Eagle. That's a powerful firearm. There should
have been some vehicle damage - looks like there was
none. This should have made dental records useless.
Maybe he didn't shoot himself.
You get a Tesla because it can
drive itself up to the Trump tower hotel. You put a
body in it. It's already shot. You're not trying
to kill or hurt anyone. Just put in fireworks and
junk. To send a message. The media called it "a
ragtag cache of fireworks".
His signal acct number changed
after he 'died'. Only he can change that. Is he
still alive out there?
Maybe he planted his IDs -
passport and military ID. They are reporting he was
positively identified.
Maybe he was tipped off and did
his own counter surveillance. He said FBI and Homeland
was tracking him.
Livelsberger is trying to tell us
something with these drones.
Several weeks ago, a sheriff or
chief in NJ flew up their own drone to look at these mystery
drones. He said these mystery drones were super fast -
never seen anything like it.
Commander Dave Faber Nimitz strike
group 2004 reported UAPs coming out of the water with no
propulsion system.
This makes you
wonder about the advanced tech Livelsberger wrote about.
Nobody seems to know what the
drones are. We do have the capability to take these
drones out.
Ryan had a previous guest
(co-founder) who manufactures directed EMP weapons and work
with the DoD. These weapons could take out 100 drones
at a time. These weapons have been deployed by the
military.
He wanted to blow the whistle on
these war crimes - he wanted to get this out via prominent
people - Hegseth, Hannity, Ryan, etc.
The intended goal was to get the
message out. Not kill himself.
This had nothing to do with
Bourbon Street attack.

My thoughts - maybe the FBI or
Homeland got a hold of him - they took his Tesla and set it
up - programmed it to drive and park and remotely blew it
up. Maybe they killed him or that was someone else's
body?
No one reported hearing a gun shot
before the explosion.
He wanted to go to Mexico.
Why kill himself?
Maybe this had more to do with the
drones and the advanced technology he was spilling to the
public. So the public would know it is China and war
is coming soon.
They found an iPhone in the
car. Yet the emails were sent with android. They
said there was another phone but they hadn't gotten into it
yet. Hmmm.
The media is
reporting that DNA from his family and dental records from
the Dept of Defense provided a positive match. I did
not see an article that said his daughter's DNA did not
match his. That was on the podcast. That's
suspicious - is it really him? Hmmmm.
And yet, the military, since the 90s has required all
military personnel to submit DNA samples...so why did they
need to match the body's DNA to the family?
The FBI certainly
has the ability to stage something like this. We
never got the truth on the Las Vegas mass murders or the
murderer. We know zip. The FBI can stage
anything. And zip on the Pennsylvania sniper that
hit President Trump. Zip.
And the MSM does
what they are told.
I think his email
before his death to Shoemat is of prime importance.
He warned us about China's capabilities and their aerial
systems. This explains a lot with our government's
response. With the DoD's response. I think
this is more important than the Afghanistan story - deny,
deny, deny. The U.N. is in the U.S.'s pocket - look
at the bioweapons labs in Ukraine - total cover up by the
U.N. They won't dredge this back up.
When things don't
add up - suspect the FBI and their story. They get
involved and leave things with even more questions and
more chaos.
And I'm reminded of
Pastor Dana's "Hail to the Chief" dream from a couple of
years ago. Where so many high-ups sold the country
out to China.
Is China close to
what we'd call an active invasion? They certainly
have already invaded with their cyber attacks, balloons,
drones, Chinese soldiers crossing over open borders,
etc. And law enforcement in New Jersey reported
seeing 50 drones comes up over the ocean and the Coast
Guard reported being followed. Did submarines in the
Atlantic release these?? Curiouser and curiouser.
And it looks like
our military has some crazy weapons and technology we
can't even imagine.
