I suppose it's possible that this is AI, but I also wouldn't doubt if it's legit given the 15 billionaires who have built bunkers very recently. In Obama's movie Leave the World Behind, the very rich knew what was coming and went away for a while. The beginning of this commercial says no one can predict the future, which is obviously not true. Here it is:
