Mike,I have brought up, that fact #3, to people, before.Because, they told me that the gospel which the 12 preached during Jesus' earthly ministry, was the same gospel that Paul preached, I Corinthians 15:1-4.But those the scriptures, that demonstrate fact #3, clearly show that this cannot be the case.Also, the gospel of the grace of God, is to whosoever will, Jew or Gentile.Whereas the gospel of the kingdom, during Jesus' earthly ministry, was only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.When they preached, Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand, the King was at hand.The leaders of the nation rejected that very thing, the King and the kingdom of heaven.Then Pilate, knowing that they had delivered Jesus over to him for envy, had that very thing placed as a superscription, on the cross.In the tribulation, Israel will again hear the gospel of the kingdom preached, similar to like they did with John the Baptist:
Matthew 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
The King will then be coming soon.But then, the gospel of the kingdom will also be a witness to all nations:
Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
However, until the tribulation, the gospel of the grace of God is preached throughout the world.
During Jesus' earthly ministry, the gospel of the kingdom was preached to the children of Israel, with miracles and healings:
Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
Matthew 9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.
Then, also by the twelve:
Luke 9:1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
Matthew 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
The odd thing is, that now, pentecostal preaching claims to also have the miracles and healings with the preaching of the gospel.But, instead, they are simultaneously preaching the gospel of the grace of God, while confusing these two different dispensations.They are not preaching, "The kingdom of heaven is at hand", but rather I Corinthians 15:1-4.For salvation, they mostly are preaching the correct gospel for the church age, but are trying to include the signs of the kingdom with it.Yet, they, for the most part, are trying to present those signs, almost exclusively to Gentiles, at this time, in contrast to:
I Corinthians 1:22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
