Out of curiosity I logged on to the Congress.gov site and searched "Disease X" - and both the House and the Senate have bills called "Disease X Act of 2023":

 

The Senate bill is S.2093 and the House resolution is H.R 3832 - both are titled "Disease X Act of 2023" - these were presented to the 118th Congress (2023 - 2024) in June of 2023.

 

The House and Senate both have bills poised for review, possible passage in the House/Senate and then on to the president to be signed in to law.  Interesting timing.

 

I also wrote some about Kate Bingham again - she's a WEF mouthpiece.  And I wrote about Monica Crowley's recent tweet on Disease X.

 

As for Disease X - I included a list of techniques used to enhance bioweapons.

 

It's quite obvious that Disease X is pre-planned just like SARS-CoV-2.  Disease X will be more lethal than Covid-19, and the resulting "vaccine" will, no doubt, be far worse than the Covid-19 mRNA "vaccine".  With "vaccine" injured immune systems around the world, people won't be able to fight off most diseases.  Also, there is the possibility of Disease X being inside the Covid-19 mRNA "vaccine" - awaiting a trigger to be released.  

 

People are saying we have been warned - prepare.

 

 

S. 2093:

 

Bill S. 2093 "Disease X Act of 2023": it was introduced to Congress June 21, 2023.  This was referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.  The sponsor is Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI).

This particular bill is "To establish a program at BARDA for developing medical countermeasures for viral threats with pandemic potential.  It has very similar wording to H.R.3832 but it adds funding - (i) "there is authorized to be appropriated to the Fund $40,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028, which amounts shall be used solely for purposes of carrying out clauses (iii) and (iv) of subsection (c) (4) (D) such amounts to remain available until funded."  And there are restrictions in this bill on the use of this money "Any product developed using funding appropriated pursuant to subclause (I) shall be substantially manufactured in the United States.  The Secretary may waive the requirements of this subclause with respect to individual entities if the Secretary determined that requiring domestic research and development operations would be inconsistent with the public interest."

That is a lot of money - $40 million for EACH of 5 years starting in 2024.  And the bill wants "vaccines" etc. manufactured in the U.S. - that would be by the DoD.

 

I'd like to concentrate on H.R.3832 now -

H.R.3832 was sponsored by Rep. Lori Trahan (D - MA) on June 5, 2023.

 

The "Latest Action" shows it was referred on June 9, 2023 to the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health.

 

I signed up for 'alerts' on this bill - where I would be notified.  And today - January 16 - I received an email alert on this resolution.  That means something is happening with this bill.  I copied and pasted below what was in the email::

This bill is designed to "establish a program at BARDA for developing medical countermeasures for viral threats with pandemic potential."  THEY inserted (iii) and (iv) to the resolution:

 

(iii)  "the identification and development of platform manufacturing technologies needed for advanced development and manufacturing of medial countermeasures for viral families which have significant potential to cause a pandemic;  

 

(iv)  "advanced research and development of flexible medical countermeasures against priority respiratory virus families and other respiratory viral pathogens with significant potential to cause a pandemic, with both pathogen-specific and pathogen-agnostic approaches; and"

 

(iv)  "priority virus families and other viral pathogens with significant potential to cause a pandemic."

The alert for today, 1/16 shows "something" is going on with this resolution now.  Interesting timing...

 

Kate Bingham:

 

This lines up closely with what Kate Bingham (chair of the UK's Vaccine Taskforce and responsible for procuring the Covid-19 "vaccine" for the UK - she is definitely a WEF/WHO mouthpiece) wrote in her dailymail.co.uk article - that we need to manufacture vaccines for every virus family that is 'pandemic possible' and, thus, create a library of vaccines from which we could choose from when a future pandemic virus hits.  Then vaccine development could be compressed to 100 days - that's the goal.  Except she believes the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), that Davos created in 2017, should be in charge of this.

The two U.S. Congress bills puts Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) in charge of this task.  These two are looking at vaccines for viral families - "platform manufacturing technologies" - this would also create a 'library of vaccines' to choose from.

 

Ms. Bingham also wrote "The next major pandemic is coming.  It's already on the horizon, and could be far worse - killing millions more people - than the last one."  She wrote, "Imagine Disease X is as infectious as measles with the fatality rate of Ebola."  She went on to write that everyone should "agree to sign up to a Global Pandemic Treaty."

 

Was this a tip off?  Does she know what this 'pre-planned' Disease X is?  Note the U.S. Congress bills are about 'viruses' and 'respiratory viruses'.  It's not a bacterial pathogen - it's a virus.  Measles is a virus, Ebola is a virus, smallpox is a virus, Marburg is a virus....

 

The WEF will be discussing Disease X at their Davos meetings Jan. 17 with the title "Preparing for Disease X".   WHO has warned this will cause 20 times more deaths than Covid-19.  So WEF knows this is coming.

 

Monica Crowley (former FOX News contributor and Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs to the Treasury Department during the Trump administration) tweeted that "a new contagion would lead to more lockdowns by more world leaders, who would 'restrict free speech and destroy more freedoms'."  "Just in time for the election..."  She added, "Sound far-fetched?  So did what happened in 2020.  When your enemies tell you what they're planning and what they're planning FOR, believe them.  And get ready."

So it doesn't look like there is any doubt to those 'in the know' that this is coming.  It's a virus and a respiratory virus - maybe a chimera of measles/Ebola (Marburg) see Bingham's comment or smallpox/Ebola (Marburg)? We saw similar chimera with the Covid-19 virus:

What could they do to bring about Disease X?

Binary biological Weapons:

 

For binary biological weapons, plasmids (DNA fragments) can be inserted into the DNA of other bacteria to increase virulence or other pathogenic properties.  The Surgeon General of Florida recently exposed billions of DNA fragments due to plasmids used in the process to make the mRNA "vaccine" - these should not be in a vaccine in the amounts found.  What is there purpose?

Designer Genes:

 

"With sequenced genomes of viruses, someone could design a pathogen by creating synthetic genes, synthetic viruses..."

 

Gene Therapy:

 

"Gene therapy involves repairing or replacing a gene of an organism permanently changing its genetic composition.  By replacing existing genes with harmful genes, this technique can be used to manufacture bioweapons."

 

Stealth Viruses:

 

"Stealth viruses are viral infections that enter cells and remain dormant for an extended amount of time until triggered externally to cause disease.  In the context of warfare, these viruses could be spread to a large population, and activation could either be delayed or used as a threat for blackmail."

 

This reminds me of what Dr. Buttar and Todd Callendar told us about - that Marburg and other pathogens were purposefully put into the Covid-19 "vaccine" awaiting a trigger - a 5G sequence of blasts - to release them.

 

Personalized Bioweapons:

 

Pathogens could be designed to target a specific person's genome.  This pathogen would only be lethal for the intended target.  I have written much about ethnic bioweapons - especially created by China for the U.S..

 

These are just a few of the techniques for bioweapon enhancement.  Any of these could be used for Disease X.

 

Many are saying in blogs, on social media sites that Disease X is "pre-planned" and "they always tell you what is coming.  It's up to you to believe it, and prepare for it."

 

I will certainly be watching for movement of these two bills through the House/Senate.  And I'm watching for whatever we can glean from the Davos meetings.
