Might this be the beginning of what someday will be called World War III? Well, right now we don't know, but this much military activity has not been seen in Europe since the days of World War II! The Rapture comes with an event of "sudden destruction" (end of 1 Thess. 4 and the beginning of 1 Thess. 5 in the New Testament) to lead off the subsequent 7 year Tribulation Period. Israel will be 75 years old this May, and from the "parable of the fig tree" in Scripture, the "generation" to see Israel's return as a nation (1948) will see all end time events come to pass.
