As expounded in the first reference it is clear that Hanukkah is Sukkot delayed. As expounded in the second reference it is clear that the last trump is blown on the 8th day of Sukkot, known as Shemini Atzeret. Therefore, the logic of the second reference can safely be applied to Hanukkah 2022.
