Our far left governor has just signed a law saying that  builders of
low cost apartment  housing do not have to provide parking spaces for
a tennant's car if there is public transit (bus etc)  within half a
mile of the apartment building... Making it very difficult for the
working poor to get to their jobs...  In most places, this adds two to
four hours to your 8 hour work day...
