Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
(No other creature is said to have been created in the LORD’s own image and likeness.
The Son did the creating, and the Son did the speaking:)
Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
(The Son is the manifestation of the LORD to his creation.)
(The Father is the heart of the LORD, and the Son has only ever done that which pleases the Father:)
John 8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
(The Son only speaks that which the Father said unto him:)
John 8:28b but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.
John 12:50b whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
(It is possible that his creatures have only been beholding the Son, and that the Father is invisible?)
John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 5:37 And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.
(Only Jesus has seen the Father:)
John 6:46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.
(Jesus is the image of the invisible Father:)
