Rev. 18:11-17 speaks of a city in smoke that the traders mourn for the loss of riches. Could that be the USA, possibly New York City? If so, would a nuclear bomb that caused that destruction be a possibility for the Rapture? Or does the Luke 21 quote by Jesus specifically mean that the Rapture cannot happen unto Jerusalem is surrounded by armies- the Gog-Magog War? A nuclear attack on America seems to be more imminent than armies surrounding Israel.
