Hello John and Doves,
The other day I was reading the
book of John for the nth time...and when I got to Chaper 12
and Verse 25 - it really caught my attention. I've
read this verse many times, but it never made sense the way
it does now.
"He that loveth his life shall
lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall
keep it unto life eternal."
Looking at my life in this world
now, I've never felt this verse making more sense, in such a
powerful way, than it does today - at this time with all
that is going on around me. Evil upon evil.
Darkness upon darkness. I don't recognize my world any
more.
Looking at
what's going on around us - we are
in a time like no other in history.
We are being attacked on all
fronts -
Education (indoctrinating our
children with Critical Race Theory and drag queen story
hour). We are loosing our children. They are
growing up without God. They are
indoctrinated/brainwashed - many parents are at a
loss. We can't seem to prevent this - to stop this
perversion of our own children.
Women's health (with
abortions), They are passing off 'abortions" as a
Constitutional right and a health necessity for women.
Yet no one talks about all the available forms of birth
control that are often available for free to women from many
clinics. No one talks about the dangers to the mother
associated with abortions - they act like it's no worse than
getting a tooth pulled! And all the precious lives
that are ripped away. The evil people in charge can't
get enough of the blood sacrifices - forever funding their
evil Planned Parenthood to continue killing those innocent
ones created in the image of our God.

IIlegal immigration - Border
Patrol is so overrun by the numbers, processing is basically
just walking them over and letting them go. These
masses include criminals/gang members/drug mules/children
for pedophiles (I read that American has become an Epstein
Island, it's so bad now) - these aren't the best of the best
coming to our country! The border towns are so
overrun. Border hospitals are going bankrupt because
these people are coming over with illnesses/diseases and no
insurance/money to pay. And these immigrants are
crowding the cities taking over homeless shelters, adding to
the food lines, the non-profit handouts - our own citizens
are crowded out, while illegal immigrants get hotel rooms,
government benefits.
Our own government is gaslighting
us about the border ("The border is closed".),
Congress just passed the "Respect
for Marriage Act" protecting same-sex marriages - this will
not bode well for churches that oppose gay marriage, or
bakers, or website designers, or anyone else with Christian
religious beliefs.
The warmongers in D.C. just voted
to escalate war with Russia - another $45 billion in
military aid - that's over $150 billion for
Ukraine! - pushing us ever closer to a nuclear war -
and to top this off, Biden has readied a $1.85 million
military aid package that includes the Patriot
surface-to-air missiles system. It looks like NATO
ground forces are preparing to enter western/southern
Ukraine. Moscow has deployed their anti-aircraft
system umbrella around the capitol. Public
bombshelters are being readied and refurbished in Russian
cities. Russian media is reporting war within weeks
with NATO.) Our warmongers say Ukraine will not
loose...so nuclear war is to what all these escalations will
lead to.

Jan 6 Committee - Democrat congressmen have been wasting time and
money - time and money that could have been spent
on solving border and other issues. Instead they have
focused on preventing President Trump from ever holding
office - a total sham of a committee! And going after
U.S. citizens that have a right to speak up and assemble
peacefully. There were a 'handful' of troublemakers - that
attacked police/broke windows/verbally grandstanded outside
the building instigating an attack on the Capitol Building -
those should have been arrested, but they were not.
This Committee has shown a disgusting level of arrogance and
hate that the country does not need or appreciate - and it's
been going on for two years! And U.S. citizens have
been arrested and throw in jail without due process. A
thousand people have been arrested now - everyone knows a
thousand people did not "attack" the Capitol Building -
video shows Capitol Police officers removing barricades and
motioning for the people to come inside. And a French
reporter interviewed Capitol Police who were told to go home
that day at 10AM - even though a large crowd would be
showing up soon. And many people have been hunted down
by the FBI for just being in the area in D.C. on that
day. Just for using a cell phone or credit card in the
area on that day will get your arrested!!. Then I
heard that the FBI will be arresting 3,000 more people for
Jan. 6. They'll be showing up at homes at 3AM in their
riot gear like they are about to take on Al Capone!
This is nothing but gestapo tactics by the Democrats/DOJ/FBI
to intimidate a big part of the country. We saw this
in Germany during the 30s with the brownshirts. Now we
are seeing it in America! The weaponization of
Congress, the DOJ, the FBI.
Then add the bioweapon - Covid-19
"vaccine" - with all the death and disability associated
with that - that's on going and increasing. And our
own government did this! And I'm sure there is much
more planned for us! This is just the beginning.
Our own government has turned
against the people. We are no longer safe or free.
This is our world. This is
what is going on around us.
Life is bad enough with pain,
sorrow, illness, disappointment, family problems,
frustrations - enough right here to not like our lives in
this world. But add this to all of the above that is
happening to our country, our health care system, our
education system, our immigration system, our federal
government....it's enough to make anyone HATE living here!
Each day I love less what man is
doing to the world. i detest the pain and death and
sorrow. I detest the hate and anger and war mongering
in my government, by my lawmakers, by those who 'enforce the
laws'.
All of this around us just pulls us
further and further from feeling 'at home' in this
world.
We are told to not be conformed to
this world. Romans 12:2
Our citizenship is in Heaven.
Philippians 3:20
The world is an enemy of God.
James 4:4
Do not love the world or the things
in the world. I John 2:15
The world lies in the power of the
evil one. I John 5:19
We are not of this world, just like
Jesus was not of the world. John 17:16
Only in Jesus can we have
peace. The world is all about tribulation.
He has overcome the world and has
gone to prepare a place for us.
"He will wipe away every tear from
their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there
be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former
things are passed away." Revelation 21:4
In the book of Micah, chapter
7, were are told about a time when "both hands are equally
skilled at doing evil". Government officials and
judges take bribes, powerful people dictate their own
desires and conspire to twist justice; they plot against the
people; they talk about their evil desires, they pervert
justice - the most honest among them is like a hedge
of thorns!
Neighbors can't be trusted, your
spouse can't be trusted, your best friend can't be trusted;
no one can be relied on. You have to watch what you
say; guard your words. Sons will despise
fathers. Daughters will defy mothers. Your
enemies are your family members. Families will be full
of contempt and disrespect and rebellion.
The Micah 7:7 tells us to "look to
the Lord". Wait on God for salvation. God will
hear our prayers. God will hear our
lamentations. God will save us.
I never use the word "hate"
lightly - I save it for disease, and hunger, and moral
decay, and the powers of darkness....
And with each passing day we
release more and more of our life in 'this world', moving
further and further away from 'this world'. It is
becoming darker and darker. It is so close to becoming
the world of The Tribulation Period. A world where we
do not belong.
We Believers move toward the light
as this world becomes darker - the Light of this world is
Jesus.
More and more I am reminded of this
- even though there are 'things' here I love - I know all of
these 'things' will be in Heaven (my family/friends - dogs,
horses, cats, birds... - and all the beauty our Creator has
come up with! We can't even imagine all He has
there! There is nothing that would keep me here in
this world - a world that is becoming darker each day.
Not anything I would look back for. My home is with
the Lord.
"When the roll is called up yonder

together in the air!
The worse this world gets...the
closer we are to going Home!
