6000 years and chiastic
i was looking at the 6000 years, starting with this jewish
writing

was taught in the school of Elijah: The world will endure 6000
years -- 2,000 years in chaos, 2,000 years with Torah, and
2,000 years will be the days of the Messiah' ('Talmud,'
Sanh.97a).
looking at the date of Abraham, he looks almost exactly on the
2000bc mark.
so i pondered God and Jesus sitting around a campfire pre the
world and scratching out a plan.
0 adam 4000bc
2000 Abraham 2000 bc
Jesus comes as Messiah 0
then Jesus comes in the clouds 200 ad
6000 years.
adjusting for what happened.
jesus coming with palm leaves as messiah was about 30 to 33
ad.
so maybe Jesus coming in the clouds will be 2030 to 2033ad.
hopefully of course much earlier, but to me, those 2 seemed
the most obvious 2 points to build a timeline around.
then i noticed that king david and solomon idyllic empire was
almost exactly 1000bc.
so every 1000 years there seemed to be milestones.
what was the milestone at 1000 years after adam?
930 adam died
and about 1000 enoch was taken up to heaven.
so for the 3 x 2000 years periods, there was an ideal exactly
in the middle.
enoch ideal follower
david solomon ideal king.
so i dug into what happened at 1000ad.
medievel europe?
1099 there was the supposed christian reclaiming of jerusalem
which residing into it had horrific slaughter of jews and
muslims so seems very far from jesus teaching.
some mission work towards russia and eastern europe.
even an article claiming that some of the monastic and other
movements within the roman church were from a call to get back
to the apostles basic teaching, so maybe there was some good
teaching happening somewhere within all the politcs and
corruption.
.then i noticed a kind of chiastic, which is like a multiple
step up then down poetry thing.
ie measured back from jesus, between 596 bc back to 1000bc is
a period which includes elijah where there is worse and worse
pagan influence.
other religions pulling believers away from God.
then from 600ad to 1000ad there is a similar period in both
the saracen islam growth period and also within the roman
church of other religions pulling believers away from God.
then in around 1000ad some of thos relentless advance is
stopped or stalled in that spain and southern Italy are
recaptured from the muslim invaders and jerusalem and parts if
isreal as well for a period of i think less than 200 years.
any more similar chiastic?
abraham i read has one date linked to a possible 1948bc.
israel back in the land 1948 ad.
still investigating, but maybe moses and the law are about
1400bc or 1500bc.
and the reformation is about 1500ad.
