The Scriptures tell us that when we first believe,  at that moment, we are SEALED by the Holy Spirit which makes us JUSTIFIED and SANCTI FIED , ie. set apart with God's PROMISE OF SALVATION to come in  the future.  Promises are made to  be fulfilled in the  future.  A promise from God is  better than gold in the bank !

Scripture also reveals to us, in  the Book of Revelation , exactly when we receive our SALVATION as it is PROMISED to us by God according to :

Revelation  12:10

"And I heard a loud voice ( the voice of God ) saying in heaven,  NOW HAS COME SALVATION..... " 

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT  :

God is saying that SALVATION HAS NOW COME , at this moment,  to all those who are SEALED WITH THE PROMISE OF SALVATION .   The word "NOW" means AT THIS TIME ,  not before this time.
