 I do not have an answer to your question about "120" being a pattern, but just an observation... The number "120" is certainly connected to harpazo as you noted. The recent inauguration date of 1 20 2021 is also palindromic as it reads the same both backwards and forwards. Perhaps it is indicative that God tells the "end from the beginning" (Is.46:10) and that this number is pointing to the end of His striving with man ?  ( Gen. 6:3)

 Of the four three digit , triangular numbers used in the New Testament ,"120" is distinctive.
The other three triangular numbers are all "sea" connected and "exact numbers"... "120" is "about" and not sea related....
