On January 23, 1950 the Knesset voted 60 - 2 to make Jerusalem Israel's capital. Sometime on the 23rd of January 2021, Israel will pass into year 71 with Israel as capital.

 

The Lord said that "this generation would not pass away until all is fulfilled. Mt 24:34. 

How long is a generation ? Psalm 90:10 says "the days of our years are three score and ten. "  (70 years , a score is 20).....

January 23, 1950: The Israeli Parliament by vote of 60-2 declares Jerusalem Capital of Israel.  Israel places its major institutions governmental institutions in Jerusalem—parliament, supreme court, governmental offices, and prime minister’s office
