As fascinating as the signs in the sun, moon and stars are (and they are), I believe most of it hinges on Israel and what is happening there. The signs in the stars confirm it. We are always promised at least two witnesses.

As we speak - Israel is in huge danger. Not only because of Islam surrounding her from every quarter. Israel is also weakened by political infighting and uncertainty. Israel's greatest champion in years - Donald Trump - is severely weakened and compromised. Is this all an accident? Of course not. Israel is to trust in Almighty God and Him alone. All earthly strength is being stripped from Israel. Bit by bit. When the attack comes from Islam - from all sides - it will be because Almighty God has allowed it. Israel will be brought to her knees and forced to repent. Forced to acknowledge Almighty God. Once this hideous attack is over and Israel is on her knees - begging for forgiveness. Begging for her Messiah Jesus - is when this world can breath again. Until then - this world will be fraught with evil. It all hinges on Israel.

Where Gary and Jeff talk about people being "asleep" - I believe this also means that most are under a type of ignorance. An ignorance of scripture. Where every word - every scenario - every jot and tittle, means something. We are not to be ignorant. Israel and the church are 2 separate entities. But - the difference is that the church has the blessing of the Holy Spirit. We are expected to study and learn the ways of God in all His fullness. The church is NOT expected to make excuses for man-made peace treaties that compromise the word of Almighty God.
