God's ways are not our ways. The wisdom of man is foolishness to God. First identify people who are asking you to support them then listen to people who live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God and live by faith in God alone to supply ALL their needs. Listen to people who love God first and care nothing about position and reputation or justifying themselves who consider themselves just passing through this life looking forward to a city who's founder and builder is God Himself. These people are anxiously and eagerly awaiting the moment when they will meet their Lord. This world is not their home it is their battleground where we war not against flesh and blood but against powers, authorities and principalities and wickedness in "high places"... spiritual entities. God knows who belong to Him and they hear His voice and they will not listen to another. Listen to the one who speaks for God - that takes discernment - and that is given by the Holy Spirit.
